About me

In a world that asks us to do more, move faster and hold everything together, my work offers something different.

A space to slow down.

A space to breathe.

A space to come home to yourself.

For over fifteen years, I have been guiding people through yoga, mindfulness and meditation practices that help them feel more grounded, resilient and at ease in their daily lives. My students are often busy professionals, parents, carers and seekers who are juggling the demands of modern life while longing for a greater sense of balance, connection and wellbeing.

Whether you join me for a weekly class, retreat, workshop or online programme, my intention is always the same: to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you can move, breathe, rest and reconnect with what matters most.

My teaching blends the wisdom of traditional yoga with a compassionate understanding of what it means to be human. There is room for challenge, but never pressure. I am less interested in perfect poses and more interested in helping you cultivate a practice that supports your body, steadies your nervous system and nourishes your whole life.

Yoga first found me in 1998 . I was fortunate to encounter a beautiful, wise and soulful teacher named Irene, who opened the door not only to yoga but to its deeper spiritual dimensions. To this day, I consider her my heart teacher. Her humility, kindness and wisdom continue to influence the way I teach and the way I meet others.

Before becoming a teacher, I worked as a professional photographer. Then in 2011, following a cancer diagnosis, life invited me to pause and reconsider what truly mattered. It became a turning point,  and a new direction in life.

Since then, I have completed more than 1000 hours of training and am now considered a senior teacher.

Alongside yoga and meditation, silence has become one of my greatest teachers. Whenever family life allows, I spend time on silent retreat, returning to the stillness that helps me listen more deeply and live more intentionally.

These practices have supported me through life's joys, uncertainties, challenges and changes. They continue to teach me how to meet each moment with greater steadiness, curiosity and compassion.

Today, I live just outside Stroud in the English countryside with my husband, our three daughters and a much-loved sausage dog.

When I'm not teaching, you'll often find me walking in nature, listening to music, spending time with family or taking photographs simply for the love of it.

I don't believe yoga is about becoming someone different.

I believe it is about remembering who you are beneath the noise, the pressure and the endless demands of life.

If you're looking for a practice that supports not just your body but your whole being, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you.
