Working with me one to one can help you on your healing journey in an authentic way. I give individually tailored practices from the traditions of mindfulness and yoga to help you bring more ease, clarity, and presence to your life.
It could take the form of a private yoga class with specific guidance on the body and the asanas (postures). It could be breath work tools to help with nervous system support or a coaching call.
One to ones help are there to support you in your life – to be more present with family and friends, to meet difficulties with compassion, to help calm an anxious mind and to help you open to your intuition and creative endeavours.
All I ask is you come with an open heart and mind.
