Begin your journey with a guided meditation session,

10.15 - 11.45am : Sweet Yoga Practice

Engage your body, mind, and spirit in a rejuvenating
yoga session,
flowing through gentle asanas to awaken
vitality and inner harmony.


11.45 - 12pm : Pranayama (breathwork)

Explore the power of breath as you delve into pranayama techniques, nurturing a deeper connection
with your life force energy.


12 - 1.15pm : Nourishing Lunch

Savour a delicious and nourishing vegetarian lunch,
thoughtfully prepared to replenish your body.


1.15 - 2pm : Forest Walk & Earth Sponge Meditation

Embark on a guided forest walk, immersing yourself in the natural splendour of the Forest of Dean.
Connect with the earth through a grounding "earth sponge" meditation, harmonising with the energy
of the woods.


2 - 3pm : Deep Dive into Mindfulness

Join us for an insightful workshop, where we delve deeper into the practice of mindfulness.
Discover practical tools and strategies to cultivate presence and awareness in your daily life.


3 - 4pm : Restorative Yoga, Nidra, & Closing Meditation

Indulge in a blissful session of restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra, allowing your body and mind to surrender to deep relaxation.
Conclude the day with a closing meditation,
integrating the day's experiences and setting intentions for continued growth.
