What can you expect from my classes?
My classes offer a holistic experience for mind, body and spirit — less about achieving poses, and more about cultivating sustainable energy, resilience and wellbeing.
Expect mindful movement, conscious breathwork, and a strong emphasis on rest and nervous system regulation.
Drawing on yoga philosophy and mindfulness practices, my classes are both dynamic and rhythmical, while always rooted in spiritual context. Through pranayama, meditation, asana and deep relaxation, you’ll be invited to slow down, tune in, and connect more deeply with yourself.
