An Inner Peace Retreat

Sunday 6th December, 2026
930am - 430pm

A day to step away from the noise.

We live in a world of constant information, input and distraction. Messages, news, notifications, demands, decisions, opinions, screens. So much coming at us, all the time.

What happens when we simply stop taking it all in?

A day to put down the noise and come back to yourself.

To move.
To breathe.
To be still.
To connect.
To rest.

A day of yoga, meditation and mindful movement designed to create both internal and external ease - helping you settle the mind, restore the body and reconnect with what is already here.

There will be time to wander, pause and simply be.
Delicious food and nourishing snacks, a beautiful purpose-built shala, peaceful gardens and time around the fire pit.

No rushing.
No achieving.
No more information to consume.

Just space.

Space to breathe.
Space to restore.
Space to reconnect.

To cultivate joyful presence - and create a little more room for a more luminous life.

Come as you are.

Leave feeling restored, nourished and a little more at home in yourself.

An Inner Peace Retreat

A gentle outline for the day.

Yoga philosophy and practices with mindfulness principles will be weaved throughout the day. There will be time to move, breathe, eat, walk, rest, laugh, be quiet and simply enjoy being together - without having to rush from one thing to the next.

Tea, coffee and nourishing snacks.

10am
Morning Practice

An invigorating holistic full spectrum delicious morning of practice including meditation, active asana, pranayama and rest.

12.30pm  Winter Warmer Lunch

1.30pm  Walking Meditation

A gentle wander through the peaceful gardens. Slowing down. Noticing. Breathing. Being.

2.15pm  Space to Be

Time to pause, wander, read, rest or simply do nothing.

No input. No demands. Tea and afternoon cake

2.45pm  Writing from Stillness

A short guided writing practice. Having spent the day slowing down, moving, breathing and creating space, we turn towards the page.

I will offer a couple of gentle prompts to help you begin, before giving you time to write freely - from a place of presence rather than pressure, creating space for clarity, insight and a little more peace. An invitation to pause, listen and notice what arises when we stop filling the mind and give ourselves space to hear what is already there.

3pm  Afternoon practice Restorative Yoga & Deep Relaxation & Meditation

A deeply supported practice using props to soften the body, settle the nervous system and turn your attention inward. A chance to let go of the tension we so often carry without noticing, and reconnect with a deeper sense of self-awareness and ease. Followed by a short closing meditation on turning our attention away from the constant stream of information and back towards what is here, now.

4.15pm  Closing Circle

A chance to pause, reflect and share.
